Uttam Kumar ( bn, উত্তম কুমার; born Arun Kumar Chattopadhyay; 3 September 1926 – 24 July 1980), popularly known as the Mahanayak, was an Indian actor, producer, director, Screenwriter, script writer, composer, and singer who predominantly worked in Cinema of West Bengal, Bengali cinema. Kumar was one of the most successful actors in Bengali cinema history. Kumar's career spanned three decades, from the late 1940s until his death in 1980. He appeared in over 200 films. Anjan Dutt (Bengali: অঞ্জন দত্ত) is an Indian film director, actor, and singer-songwriter known for his work in the Bengali alternative music genre ''anyodharar gaan''. As an actor, Dutt began his career in Bengali cinema in the Mrinal Sen film ''Chalachitro'', for which he won the best newcomer actor award at the Venice Film Festival. ''Kakababu Here Gelen?'' ( lost kakababu) is a Bengali detective film of Kakababu series, released in 1995 under the banner of National Film Development Corporation.
